thought id try them out but reviews…
thought id try them out but reviews nearly put me off, but paid for next day and arrived on time and sent something back and they refunded within days. Only thing ill add is there quite large so next time i order i will do it a size smaller.

I wouldn't even give a 1 star!! I would give 0!! The costumer service is terrible!! They only write apologise either under the comments here or directly to your email. Rather then helping you with your order issue they writing some poor emails and wasting the time for the returns!! It's only 30 days for the return or exchange and they waisted my 15 das already!! I spend over £200 on they pyjamas and I can't simply return it or even exchange for smaller size!! I was looking forward for these pyjamas, but after this whole time and poor service I don't want anymore to exchange my clothes, but simply return it - which by the way it's EXTRIMLY difficult!! Provide the return address not just write apologies!!

POLICE!! - If anyone of mistreated costumers would like to join me to send the rapport to the police, please write a short email to the police with your order number and the link to they website!
I can see it's few of us here and police will definitely investigate this matter. It is to much money spent from all of us for such bad and lying service.

Appalling Customer Service
Ordered a coat in two different sizes for my grandson for Christmas. Neither were any good. Returned the parcel on 3rd January and haven’t heard a thing. Having read the reviews, how I wish I had seen these before ordering!! Have tried ringing and was told the number wasn’t in use, tried speaking to the absolutely useless Bot, and I’m now very frustrated and concerned. SikSilk, you owe me nearly £100 and I need to hear from you. Don’t happily take customers’ money and then not pay it back as promptly.

In December 2022, I bought 2 items one of one of which did not fit. When I tried to follow their procedure to return the second item, they would not answer my phone calls and emails. I am left with a jacket which is not suitable and £55 out of pocket.

If I could give a zero I would. Bought some cargo pants which were faulty after 1 wash and can not get any help from customer services. These cargo pants aren't cheap and the customer service I have received is appalling.

You are losing costumers for sure without noticing it.
Tried last year to place an order but the site says that it cannot be shipped to my actual address.
(I never had any problem)!!
Well, today I tried again after a year but seems that the problem is still there. No way to order @ your website!!

Very poor after sales, talking to a rebot not getting replied
Received a very poor quality gilet bad stitches hole in pocket manufacturer poor quality, unable to talk to a human I will never buy from this company again I’ve asked PayPal to step in, why should I pay £6.99 delivery and pay for return post for a faulty item, PayPal do not do return post no more since November I’m utterly disgusted with how I’m being blanked after to emails and trying to get sense from a robot.

now i understand why this company has bad reviews because they sell aliexpress products that's why the ordered products don't arrive or they are not good quality hey guys if you want to buy cheap the same products write on aliexpress sik silk I bought a sik silk men's jacket on zalando and it is not worth the money, I will return it and today I looked out of curiosity on AliExpress and found this brand there, so I will go to the store in person to buy a new jacket, I will not buy it again online I am disappointed with zalando and fake sik slik

What kind of company makes you PAY to return there ridiculously oversized clothing then leaves you waiting (still) 3 plus weeks for the refund?

The clothing is WAY TOO BIG. I wear Medium or Large usually and the XS vest doesnt fit me, its like a dress. garbage.

DISGUSTING AFTER SALES SERVICE!!
I made an order and I paid for overnight delivery yesterday. (£6.99)

Today I’m being told my items will arrive tomorrow.

Have been emailing and messaging SikSilk all day.

They just keep sending the same email/message over and over.

Can’t actually speak to anyone because the phone number doesn’t work!

Overall TERRIBLE customer service!!!

I shall be deleting my account as soon as my items arrive.

IF they arrive!

Awful customer series and company
I ordered sunday morning for next day delivery still havent even received a confirmation email with a order number. Absolutely fuming as full payment has left my bank account no answer to phone or emails.
I rate JD all the way.

Bad customer service
Made a order from siksilk the order was delivered from dpd portugal to some place else 5km from mine adress , siksilk customer service doesnt work at all trying to get a refound or new delivery about a week ago and nothing. - UPDATE - refound received after Irantzu replied to my complain here

No longer offers free returns
No longer offers free returns. Have shopped with them for years. No longer will I be spending money with SikSilk.
May I also say, even now they charge to return items, they still only offer Royal Mail as a return option.
VERY POOR.
